Our Nature Reserve/Conservancy of over 930 hectares hosts a diversity of fauna and flora with breathtaking rock formations where more than 25 species of wild animals and 200+ bird species can be spotted. The unpolluted Boekenhout River runs through the property and has a variety of fish, including black bass.

This Conservancy lies on the border of the Dinokeng Big 5 game reserve in Northern Gauteng. In the interest of conserving our planet and a more green approach to construction, Woodlands Game Lodge & Conference Centre was constructed from stones picked up from the property (not mined) and locally sourced thatch, creating a warm yet luxurious look and atmosphere. All rooms and facilities receive a four-plus star rating on average.

Woodlands Game Lodge, located in the heart of the Bobbejaansberg Game Reserve, was established in 2003. The lodge started trading in 2005 and has since expanded its offering to world-class standards attracting clients from across the globe. The lodge at present carries a 4-star quality rating and has gained a reputation for excellent service, good food, and attention to detail.
