Woodlands Game Lodge and Conference Centre is ideally positioned within 35 and 60 minutes' drive from Pretoria and Johannesburg respectively. We are located in a
Private Game Reserve within Dinokeng North East of Pretoria and Tshwane.
Our main attraction is that we offer a true African experience in a secluded Game Reserve. Woodlands Game Lodge is ideal for corporate groups wanting to get away from city life.
Game drives in our open 4x4 will enable you to spot up to 25 wild animal species in their natural habitat.
Woodlands Game Lodge is 4 Star graded by the Grading Council of South Africa. Our air conditioned / heated Conference room seats 140 people cinema style, 80 schoolroom style, and
50 in a U-shape. Equipment included with conference package: screen, lectern, whiteboard and flipchart.
The restaurant can seat up to 150 people with a deck overlooking a water hole and the mountains. Traditional potjies or braai can be catered for in the boma under the African sky.
Accommodation (luxury en-suite thatched chalets):
We have 6 Chalets, with four of these providing an extra level of accommodation (loft), one executive suite, and a wheelchair friendly Chalet. Total capacity for 20 delegates sharing.
Should your group require more accommodation then there are plenty more rooms available within a few minutes' drive in our Game Reserve. We share facilities with Hayward's Safaris and
Intundla, located within the same Game Sanctuary, and in total the Reserve can accommodate up to 146 single or 260 sharing.

Rates
Conferences
24 hour conference / team building package with accommodation: including three meals and tea/coffee breaks with snacks, and the use of conference or team building facilities:
- Sharing: R950 per person.
- Single: R1 150 per person.
- Executive Suite (Single): R1 500 /
Executive Suite (Per Person Sharing - only if couple): R1 200 - Day or half day conference package / teambuilding (08h00 – 17h00):
R310 per person, including tea/coffee on arrival, buffet lunch, mid-morning and afternoon tea/coffee with snacks, and conference or team building facilities. - Boma charge: R400 per evening or per meal additional.

Please contact us for a special quote when you have a large conference group, or Government, and for groups of less than 6 delegates.
Meals and Drinks
We are well known for our high quality and tasty meals, normally to be served in our cozy restaurant with a large fireplace for cold winter evenings.
Pre-dinner drinks could be enjoyed in our bar on the deck, overlooking a water hole where wild animals could be spotted late afternoon. Alternatively, we
can set up the outside Boma area with a typical Africa theme.
Additional meals have to be booked 24 hours in advance.
Additional meals:
- Breakfast: R120 per person
- Lunch: R110 per person
- Dinner: R120 per person
- Braai: R150 per person
Entertainment and Team Building
Optional game/bush drives or sundowner drives are available in an open Mercedes Unimog game drive vehicle at R150 per person (17 people per drive of 1.5 hour).
Refreshments can be organized, but is not included in the cost. This could be extended to include a guided walk with a Game Ranger through the Reserve.

- Theme evenings
- Entertainment in the boma i.e. drumming, fire dancing, belly dancing, dance demonstrations, etc.

- We are fully licensed, and customers are not permitted to bring their own food or beverages on to our premises.
- As we are located in a Game Reserve with security control, all site visits need to be arranged in advance by contacting our office.
